Ray Citte RV "Favorite Camping Photo" Facebook Contest OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS

  1. ELIGIBILITY - Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older. - Void where prohibited by law. - One entry per person. - Employees of Ray Citte RV and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
  2. CONTEST PERIOD - Contest begins: [JULY 14, 2025] - Contest ends: [AUGUST 2, 2025] - Winner announced: [AUGUST 6, 2025]
  3. HOW TO ENTER - Submit your favorite camping photo via Facebook Messenger to the Ray Citte RV Facebook Page. - Entries must be your original content. - Limit one entry per person/Facebook account.
  4. SELECTION OF WINNER - Winner will be chosen by a Ray Citte RV Employee Jury, based on photo quality, relevance to the camping theme, and brand fit. - Not a popularity contest: Likes, shares, or comments do not determine the winner. - No fake accounts, vote manipulation, or AI-generated images. Suspicious entries will be disqualified.
  5. PRIZE - One Coleman Portable Grill - Prize must be picked up locally at Ray Citte RV in person. No shipping. - Non-transferable, no cash alternative.
  6. NOTIFICATION - Winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger. - Winner has 5 days from notification to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
  7. GRANT OF RIGHTS By entering, you grant Ray Citte RV a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, publish, and share your submitted photo and accompanying content (caption, name, etc.) for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  8. MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS Ray Citte RV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest due to unforeseen issues, including technical failures, Facebook policy changes, or other disruptions that compromise contest integrity.
  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Ray Citte RV, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from: - Participation in the contest - Acceptance or use of the prize - Any technical errors or problems
  10. DISPUTES & ENFORCEMENT - Fraudulent activity including vote rigging or fake accounts will result in disqualification. - All decisions by Ray Citte RV are final and binding. - In disputes, the authorized user of the Facebook account will be considered the official entrant.
  11. PRIVACY NOTICE - Information collected (name, photo, Facebook ID, etc.) will be used only for contest purposes and in accordance with Ray Citte RV's Privacy Policy. - No personal data will be sold or shared, except as required by law. - Participants may request access or deletion of their data by contacting directly.
  12. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT - The winning photo will be posted on the Ray Citte RV Facebook Page following the contest.
